After upgrading to 3.3.1 I have issues

I am using a Select Plus Printer... After upgrading to the Mac version of Cura 3.3.1 today I have a issue after every job my printer makes a banging sound, the filament breaks off  and then I need to restart it to access the menus?

 

Can it be something in my End Gcode?

Not all firmwares set extrusion mode to relative using G91 (e.g. RepRap doesn't but Marlin does). Maybe you also need an M83? Doesn't really explain what you're seeing.
