UM3 Website (CuraConnect) is not refreshed, however out of Cura it works fine...

Dear all,

 

our UM3 works fine, except for the website of the printer (CuraConnect) ...

It is not refreshed and still shows an old finished print job, although several print jobs had been running since then... However in Cura under "Monitor" everything is fine.

Is there any way how to solve this bug? Is there something we have been doing wrong?

I had the same problem. Probably a bug in Cura connect which is hard to track down.

Somewhere in the maintance menu there is an option to reset Cura connect. This solved the problem for me.

Have you tried a total reset of Cura Connect from your printer, @mediTEC? Definitely recommend it. It usually resolves Cura Connect issues. Another thing to consider might be completely uninstalling and reinstalling Cura on your computer, but I'd try the reset on the printer first.

Yes I already tried a reset on the printer, and this solved the problem temporarily... But after a couple of days the problem is back... I was hoping there is a permanent solution for this problem...

Since the website is not connected to any cura installation on the PC, an new installation of Cura should have no effect. The problem exists on PC without any Cura installation as well...
