Cura 3.4.1 instelingen voor DIY Prusia i3 ?

Posted (edited) · Cura 3.4.1 instelingen voor DIY Prusia i3 ?

Hallo allemaal,

 

Ik heb nu de nieuwe Cura 3.4.1 ook op mijn PC gezet nu saampjes met ook nog de oude.

De nieuwe vind ik toch eerlijk gezegd best moeilijk,  (ik ben nu eenmaal geen software meester!) ? 

Ook misschien omdat ik hem heb gezet op de Prusa i3 die ik zelf heb gebouwd.

Er staan daarvoor geen standaard instellingen wat bij de Ultimaker waarschijnlijk wel zo zal zijn.

 

Zijn er ergens mensen die ook een prusa soort hebben draaien, of meer is de vraag staan er ergens de instellingen -

voor een Prusa soort voor Cura 3.4.1 online? Zo ja misschien een link?

    Hallo Peerkaan,

     

    Ja daar heb je misschien wel gelijk in, maar dat moet je niet als lelijk bedoelt lezen hoor.

    Ik schrijf namelijk op meerdere forums niet alleen van 3D printen maar ook andere.

    En het val me op dat al die forums bijna uitgestorven zijn, het is gewoon een beetje eng.

    Misschien had ik die tekst ook beter niet geschreven want het lijkt inderdaad of ik perse -

    een antwoord moet hebben en dat is echt niet zo!

     

    Ik hoop dat ik niemand geïrriteerd hebt want dat is absoluut niet mijn bedoeling.

     

    Wat betreft die instellingen dat komt wel goed denk ik (ik ben er mee bezig)

    Ik heb nu de laatste tijd meer last van mijn printertje die het niet meer zo goed doet.

    Zal omschrijven ongeveer wat het probleem is.

    Het lijkt of de nozzle verstopt zit. MAAR of dat nu wel of niet zo is???

    De printer heeft het heel lang goed gedaan maar nu in eens zat ie verstopt (of zo iets)

    Ik dacht zal gelijk filament(PLA) verwisselen dat gedaan de aandrijving(extruder motor)

    De vertraging even uit elkaar gehaald Hobbedbold schoon gemaakt getest en hij deed het weer.

    Maar helaas voor maar een print want de volgende kreeg ik hem niet weer draaiende.

    Denk nou verwissel de nozzle dan ook maar ff maar ne is naar schijn niet het probleem!

    Nu zat ik mij te bedenken kan het dat als de nozzle TE dicht bij het heated bed zit daardoor –

    Als een soort verstopt lijken?

    Ik weet het nu even niet meer, maar anders ga ik alles een voor een verwisselen (heb alles reserve!)

    Maar gestel dat je ook eens een probleem hebt kun je misschien ook hier terecht:

As well as introducing an expanded recommended print settings menu and lots of print quality improvements. Not to mention, a whole bunch of new printer profiles for non-UltiMaker printers!

        Here it is. The new UltiMaker S7

        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
         
         
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
         
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
         
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
         

         
        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
