Posted (edited) · Cura 3.5 not starting up

I installed Cura 3.5 this morning and installed the Octoprint and the Custom Supports plugins. I restarted Cura and all seemed well. I just tried to open the application again and nothing happened. Task manager shows that it's running but taking something like 45MB of RAM which usually indicates that the software is hung. I tried restarting and updating my graphics drivers but no joy. Any thoughts?

System specs:

Lenovo X1 Carbon - i5-6200U, 8GB of RAM, 256GB SSD, Intel 520 graphics (latest 25.20.100.6323 driver), Windows 10 build 1809
