Bottom layer... Set to 15mm/s but in real it's printing like 70 or 80mm/s

Cura is set to 15mm/s but actual first layer is printed with crazy speed of 80 or 90mm/s, on second layer it's slow down...

Any idea why ? It isn't case with all sliced models... Only some of models has that problem...

    Can you post the first few lines of the gcode... down to where it starts printing something too fast ... it will be interesting to see if the gcode is trying to do the right thing, and the printer is ignoring it, or if it's asking for the wrong thing.
