Ironing missing spots in top layer

My Setup: Printer is a CRS-10 using Cura 3.5.0.

So I recently moved and upgraded to 3.5.1 and noticed my top layer of Ironing is patchy at best. I have never had this issue and do not believe it could be an issue with my printer. I have tried to downgrade to Cura 3.5.0 and I still get the same results. When I look at the slicer, it would appear the slicer is purposely missing some spots on the top ironing layer. None of my ironing settings have changed and the only new thing was the upgrade to 3.5.1
