Not slicing all layers

I am trying to slice this thin section )of a toy car wing using Cura 3.6 but for some reason it wont see all the layers.  I have tried various orientations, mesh fixes and slicing tolerance without success.  Can somebody assist with the settings.

The object in the stl measures 0.5 x 1.4 x 0.7 mm.  I think this is just too small to get a good slice from.

Thanks Obewan.  I should have said I scaled it up by 25x in Cura.  I have also scaled it in Blender then opened it in Cura.  Ive attached the scaled stl file but I'm still struggling to slice it.

Hi @Boffy, the surfaces in that model are really too thin to print well but I have managed to print it by lying it on its side and enabling the print thin walls option. I am using 0.2mm layers.
