Hi Ultimaker Team,

We are encountering issue with ultimaker 3 3d printer. It seems like the print outs are having layers which are not in the same level with other layers. Its look like its coming out from the actual object. we tried tightening xy belts & pulleys. Tried updating firmware & Cura. Tried with faster travel speed, tried calibrating xy nozzle, but unfortunately issue is not solved. Please let us know how can we solve it.

With ultimaker 3 extended we are facing some firmware related issue it seems ( i might be wrong).  The issue is, the screen got hanged all of a sudden & we have to restart the printer. Once the printer is restarted it ask to go through by initial setup process.

looking forward for your help.

Regards

Vivek

Hi, which firmware are you running, and have you updated your firmware recently? If you can not connect online, you can also use USB to install it.

Regarding your prints; are your fans working? I doubt it based on that benchy print.

Re that other print, it looks like perhaps it is too hot, but perhaps you could also clean your threaded Z rod (and add the magna lube grease afterwards).
