Massive instead of infill, how?

Is there a way to not get infill but instead massive?

I'm printing what basically is a piece of tube, 27mm outer diameter and 4mm wall thickness.

Even if I set 100% infill it prints a (very tight ofc) pattern "inside" the walls.

Is there a setting for "massive" or perhaps a work-around that accomplishes the same effect?
