Ultimaker 2+ Octoprint Probleme

Guten Abend,

 

ich habe an meinem Ultimaker 2+ Octoprint eingerichtet. Dies hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.

 

Lediglich das Druckbild sieht komplett anders aus, als wenn ich über SD-Karte drucke.

Es treten folgende Probleme auf:

-Der Druckkopf fährt am Anfang zu weit nach vorne und extrudiert genau auf die Klammer der Glasplatte

-Filament hat scheinbar eine zu geringe Temperatur, da teilweise das Filament hinterher gezogen wird

 

Slicen tue ich immer noch wie gehabt in Cura und lade den G-Code dann in Octoprint hoch.

Gedruckt wird mit PLA und laut Octoprint wird das Hotend auf 200°C und das Bett auf 60° geheizt.

 

Eingestellt wurde unter Machine Settings in Cura als G-Code flavor RepRap mit folgendem Start- und Endcode

Die fettgedruckten Zeilen wurde hinzugefügt bzw. verändert. Diese Einstellungen hatte ich aus einem anderen Tutorial.

 

 

Hat jemand eine Idee wo das Problem liegt oder Einstellungen die besser funktionieren?

Warum RepRap?

Der Ultimaker hat eine Marlin Firmware!

Dan müsstes du die Zeilen ändern:

G1 X15 Y0 F4000 ;move X/Y to front of printer

Statt Y0 vielleicht Y10

 

Zu deinen anderen Problemen,

was meinst du das Druckbild sieht komplett anders aus?

Zwecks Temperatur diese musst du jetzt in Cura einstellen???

Falls du vorher mit UltiGCode=Ultimaker Flavor gedruckt hast wurden die Einstellung (Temperatur/Ratract) von Drucker verwendet.

Falls du mit diesen Einstellungen gut drucken konntest kannst du ja im Drucker nachschauen was eingestellt war und diese dann in Cura übernehmen.

Auch der Filamentdurchmesser muss jetzt in Cura eingetragen werden!

Danke für deine Antwort!

 

RepRap hatte ich aufgrund des besagten Tutorials eingestellt.

Vorher waren die Machine Settings unter G-code flavor auf Ultimaker 2 eingestellt.

Die Temperatur wird in Cura abhängig vom Material automatisch eingestellt und mir auch unter Printer settings angezeigt.

 

Sollte ich es also mit dem G-code flavor auf Marlin gestellt probieren bzw. funktioniert Octoprint eventuell auch mit dem Ultimaker 2 Profil?

Dan handelt das Tutorials von einen anderen Drucker oder ist fehlerhaft!

Bei RepRap gibt es befehle die die Marlin Firmware nicht kennt!

Meinst du mit "Ultimaker 2 Profil" den gcode Flavor Ultimaker2?

Wenn ja, das geht nicht!

Ich weis nicht ob da alles richtig "automatisch" eingestellt wird, normal werden die Ultimaker2/2+ mit UltiGCode=Ultimaker2 Flavor Standard mäßig betrieben und da werden die Temperaturen usw. ja am Drucker eingestellt.

 

Deshalb mein Vorschlag, mal die Temperatur wo am Drucker (siehe Material Menü am Drucker) eingestellt wurde (sollte ja noch vorhanden sein, es sei den du hast ein Factory Reset gemacht) mit der in Cura zu vergleichen!!??

 

Aber was ist dein genaues Problem, du schreibst ja so ob alles Funktioniert?

(kommt mir so rüber 🤔)
