Posted · X/Y Calibration not working after firmware update

Hello,

As the title suggests, after the last firmware update I made to my UM3, I am unable to execute a X/Y Calibration. Everything goes well, until the printer starts making the grid pattern, and the filament is not pulled, which results in nothing being actually printed, since there is no material in the extruder. Any tips?

See the thread about firmware 5.2.8. It's a bug. A fix is WIP. Until then it is recommended by UM people to manually move the filament at start in order to compensate the wrong retract.

Oh, I tried looking for it in other posts, but I didn't find a title regarding this exact problem. I will look for that then, thank you!
