Feeder rotates the wrong way.

Hi,

English isn’t my first language.

 

At my school we have a Ultimaker2 wich I use very often, but the feeder spins the wrong direction and I don’t know how. It worked perfectly before and when I wanted to change the plastic it happened. My software is up to date (4.0) but it happened long before.

I had this problem before but that fixed magically. I can’t find anything on the web.

If anybody has the same problem ore knows a possible solution, pleas reply.

Sounds like it has the wrong firmware. The Ultimaker 2+ has an additional gear in the extruder, which means that the extruder needs to be inversed. If you have an Ultimaker 2+ (or upgraded Ultimaker 2) with Ultimaker 2 firmware, or vice versa (an Ultimaker 2 with Ultimaker 2+ firmware), the extrusion will be inversed.
