I've noticed that with Cura 4.2, my temps did not get set on my printer. When checking the Start Gcode, there is nothing to set the temps.

I've realised the start gcode from 4.2 is quite different to 4.0.
Should I be adding the temp gcode from Cura 4.0 into my start gcode in 4.2?

Cura 4.0:

; Ender 3 Custom Start G-code

M109 S{material_print_temperature_layer_0} ; Wait for Extruder temperature

My first print with Cura 4.2.1 didn't insert the correct temperatures. I inserted the old gcode, tested, and it worked.

I repasted the cura 4.2 start code, and tested - and then the temps worked.

Don't know what happened to fix it.
