Hello everyone, up to recently I have considering a Makerbot method 3d printer. I have known about Ultimaker for some times but never really realized how sophisticated they seem to be. I guess if ford is using them.. they cant be that bad. Lol

I like that you can replace the nozzles easily on the Ultimaker and use engineering materials.

With a this said, how does a 5S or 3S compare to the Method?

Things that are important to me are dimesional accuracy and a smooth or consistent surface.

Thank you.

Well my S5 is not that accurate. I was looking at the Method yestrday and considering the price of a S5 PRO bundle I would go with Method instead.

Can you define "not that accurate"
