Ultimaker ABS pearl gold is fragile

Hello everybody

 

I bought the ABS gold pearl filament for the Ultimaker S5 from a official Ultimaker Swiss seller.

The material breaks like matches. Is not possible to insert the filament in the lines without breaking. So I checked a other new Ultimaker ABS black filament and

this is flexible.

So the seller send a new ABS gold pearl roll, and this one is really the same fragile like the first one...did anybody hear something like this before?

I make a video how easily the material breaks, but how I can send it?
