Z-axis noise-jumps during raise to position

I have two S5's, the newest one has had this z-axis jump and noise when it raises to position. It acts like the Z-axis rods are not aligned and making it bind during the travel. It now appears to be getting worse. ANy ideas on how to fix this?

I'd talk to your reseller.  Unfortunately they might prefer to have you send it to them but ask them if it's something you can fix yourself (these printers come apart pretty easily but there are deadly voltages under the S5).
