Hi,I don't know, what I doing wrong. I just want different infill in one part of object. There are two problems. First is shell wall between inner walls. Second is empty infill above correct infill. Any tips?

Looks strange and I guess your model is not watertight or has some other issues. It seems your model is not really solid everywhere.

Try to repair the STL file, with the 3D Builder included in Windows 10 or use the netfabb online service.

No, model is correct. When I have model alone, everything is correct. With another model is result the same .
When I change infill type to GRID, infill is correct, but shell wall between inner walls remains.

I try this with default settings and result is the same.
