Thank you Smithy. Is there a manual way to override this?
I have previously used my phone as wifi hub for the printers when upgrading, but i would like to be able to avoid this as it is quite cumbersome.

The manual way is more complicated, because it is only possible to do it on linux system level to set the time manually. If you enable the developer mode then you are able to ssh into the printer and run the commands for it. But if you are not familiarly with linux you should go the old way with the phone. And as said with the latest firmware it should not be needed anymore.
Thanks.
I'll do it the clumsy way one more time and hope the new firmware fixes it 🙂
I think this is the best way - good luck!

In the past or with older firmware versions, there was the need that the printer is able to get the current date/time from an NTP server. The current time is/was needed to verify the checksums of the firmware file. This was fixed with a firmware version I don't know now out of my head, so it could be that you are still affected and that your printer needs a current date/time.
