I seem to have an incomplete set ?

The limit switches as seen in

http://wiki.ultimaker.com/File:Endstops2.jpg

are not included as far as I can see.

In stead I have

- 1 blue (long)

- 1 red (long)

- 2 black (long)

- 2 black (short)

So in total 4 long and two short.

long =ca 85 cm, short =ca 30 cm.

How to proceed ?

    First, double check all packaging.

Second, email Ultimaker support, they'll send you the missing switches.

Third, wire up the switches you have to the front left corner and the Z up/down switch. Leave out the other 2 for now.

Assemble the rest of the machine.

    Start printing.

Add missing switches when you receive them.

The limit switches on the far ends are less important, they are useful, but less important. The front left switches are important, because they are used to "zero/home" your machine.

    Got exactly the same problem

    I received:

    - 1 blue (long)

    - 1 red (long)

    - 2 black (long)

    - 2 black (short)

I ended up unsoldering one of the short black ones and turning it into a longer one.
