cura slice on an old reprap

I have a 10 years old reprap with teacup firware and i print with repetier.

I decide to change my old skeinforge and use the cura.

If i print a rectangular everything is perfect. extremely good print in comparison to the one that i had be able to make the with Skeinforge.

But if I print a normal part that has gaps and square holes the printer retracts the material like crazy and actual it is not printing because  the retract of the filament is very big and i can not see a forward motion to compensate to the retract. I tried to read the g code and I can not find it the few E- that exist followed with the E+ as it suppose to but they do not explain the behavior I see.

Even if I change the settings and remove the retract so the g code has no "G1 E-" the behavior remains.

    problem solved.

-First I have to use relative extrusion mode

-Second I have via a post processes to change all the  E values that are smaller  than 0.0001 (0.00001 to 0.00009) to  0.0001 because and repetier and ponderface was sending for example the 0.00001 as E1E-5 so I was end up retracting like crazy.
