What happens when an Ulimaker 3 starts a print?

Hi!   I'm currently trying to trouble shoot one of the printer cores (AA 0.4) that I'm trying to fix.  The wires pulled out and I put them back in but it sparks up when ever I try to start a print on the printer :(  I'm thinking I put the wires in the wrong place, but I'm still curious on how the printer itself works!!!

 

Any tips on how to fix the core and how the printer works would be very nice!

Hi Ambear,

 

Do you have a picture of the wires on your print core. I think you are short circuiting it or perhaps the printboard of the printcore is damaged.
