Could you check the tension of your feeders (maybe attach pictures) and have you already looked inside of the feeder. Sometimes the feeder gets really dirty.
but I have tried it with different feed settings and still sometimes had the problem. I opened it and cleared out the whole thing. Hopefully it will work better now.
