Max build volume

Hi Guys,

I have been working with Ultimakers for almost 4 years now, but this is the first time I really run into this problem and i was wondering if anyone can help me. I want to print something on the Ultimaker S5 of 330x150x11. The Ultimaker S5 states that it has a build volume of 330 x 240 x 300 mm however it does not fit (the grey area overlaps it). Is there some setting I can enable to use the max buildvolume or is this one of those marketing things were the ultimakers max build volume is really 320x230x290mm, cause that would be rather dissapointing. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Job

I'm not sure what's going on. Build volume has always been a very eluding mistress. There are a lot of hardware tolerances and even software tolerances to take into account.

In order to get the maximum out of Cura, you should set the platform adhesion to none and turn off support.
