2.85mm PLA filament clog

Posted · 2.85mm PLA filament clog

Hi.

I have a Ultimaker 3. Have been using PET to make headbands for PPE visors. Have run out, so, gone back to PLA 2.85mm filament.

After 2/3 mins of running, the filament stops extruding. Each time, after checking, it seems the filament is thicker at the exit of the bowden tube just before nozzle, and maybe getting stuck inside.

Ive got feed tension set to middle. Not sure what else to do! Help please

Thanks

Patrick
