Banding in the Z at feature change

Hey, new here, hoping to get some help.

This part of mine prints great but when it finishes the inner ring i get this ugly band. Any thoughts?

(I printed an identical cylinder without the inner ring and the band went away so I don't think its a z rod/mechanical issues. I've had this issue on other prints too, when there's a feature

change it shows through the shell).

I'm using the "Standard Quality - 0.2mm" Cura preset

Thank you
