STL invalid file failed to load

I wrote a program that generates text file versions of STL files.  The simple one I generated loads into an online STL viewer just fine but fails to load into the latest version of Cura, and an older version the same.  It gives message Invalid File, Failed to load box.stl.  Does it have trouble with text version of STL?  Would it have a problem with normals not calculated correctly?  Do the normals need to be left handed or right handed?  I made them right handed meaning facets are defined with points in a counter clockwise order to generate a normal up in the z positive.  I'll try it with left handed while waiting for help.  File attached.  Thanks for any help.
