Hi, If I draw a small box of x=10mm by y=20mm by z=20mm high with Sketchup with a layer thickness of 0,1mm set in Cura then Cura slices it into 18 slices where I should expect 20 slices?

Well 20 divided by 0.1 is 200.  So something is wrong with one of your numbers.

Anyway you should know that typically the bottom layer is about 3 times thicker so having 2 slices fewer than expected sounds perfect.  Look for "initial layer height" or something like that.
