Hi, I am new to 3D printing. I have a Tronxy X5SA Pro that came with a slicer program and I downloaded Cura as well since I saw in most groups that Cura is the most used. The problem I have is after slicing in either program when I save to the SD card, it saves with UFP extension not .gcode. what am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.

This leads me to believe you have added an Ultimaker S5 to Cura when it asked you what printer you have. I don't blame you; in the dialog, where you selected a "non-networked printer", only Ultimaker printers seem to be listed. But you can scroll that list to reveal more printers.

Thank you, I have a Tronxy X5SA Pro for which I believe a patch has been created. There were no Tronxy printers in the list when I added the printer and I was sure I had done custom, but possibly I did do the S5. I will try to fix later today. I much appreciate the help.
