Problem with auobed leveling, extrusor damages the bed.

Posted · Problem with auobed leveling, extrusor damages the bed.

Hello, my name is Gino. I'm from Argentina, so I'm sorry for my English... I've bought a Wanhao Duplicator 6 Plus a month ago and I'm pretty new in 3D printing...

When I do auto-bed leveling the extrusor puts pressure on the bottom-left corner and demage the bed. I will attach a picture of what happened to the bed. Regarding the leveling procedure that I've followed, it's the following one:  I've made a manual leveling, then a ZPROBE OFFSET and finally, the auto bed leveling (here is where the problem appears). I 've tightened the springs of the bed but nothing change. I don't know what mistake I'm making.

If anyone can help me I will be pleased. I wondered if there is any G-code command that I should enter on Cura configuration to solve this, but I pressume it´´`'s a leveling problem of the machine because it comes when I am nor using a Gcode Ultimaker archive.
