Release date of the 3D printers

I am curious if someone knows the release dates of:

- Ultimaker original

- Ultimaker 2

- Ultimaker + (or is this the Ultimaker 2+).

Wikipedia contains a lot of the information you are looking for. The Ultimaker Original was initially released as an open source project and sold as a product, more or less simultaneously as the start of the company. I see wikipedia state March 2011.

 

Other dates: 

Ultimaker 2: Maker faire 2013, which starts on September 21st 2013. 

Ultimaker 2+: CES 2016, which starts on January 6th 2016.
