Excessive stringing due to travel in TPU

Posted · Excessive stringing due to travel in TPU

I am printing the pictured item in TPU (Cheetah).  While I really like this material, it is prone to stringing and retraction is not really a great idea as it is prone to stretching in the bowden tube when I do that.

You can see the travel moves, each one of them is resulting in a string and associated rough spot on the face at either end.  I'd appreciate your thoughts on ways to reduce the problem, particularly the intense travel activity across the top part.

Thanks in advance!
