Is there a Pause G-Code in Cura ?

As my supports tends to be so sticky, that i cannpt get them off..

 

Is there possibility to make printer pause after certain layer `? As i have PLA only printer, i was thinkking how handy it would be, in certain circumstances, to have printer pause after it has finished support with roof, so user could add somethin to prevent part sticking to support roof ?

See Extensions -> Post processing -> Modify gcode. Then add a Pause at Height script.
