Hello,

With the launch of the Ultimaker Digital factory we have updated the Ultimaker product categories. Ultimaker Online services will be changed to 'Ultimaker Online' with 2 sub-categories:

- General Ultimaker Account & online ecosystem.

You can post any questions you have about your Ultimaker account, login difficulties, views, or other settings here. Other general questions you have about other platforms of our online ecosystems, like the marketplace, you can also ask here.

- Digital Factory Manage your printers in the cloud.

You can post any questions or comments you have about the Digital Factory here. This can be about how certain features work, or when it behaves differently then it should.

'Third party slicers' merged into 'Modifications, third party products'.

Fields of work is merged into 'Industries', which is hosted under 3D print questions.

Buying or selling your Ultimaker is moved to the User lounge.

3D modeling software has been renamed to Design for Additive Manufacturing.

Please let me in the comments below if you have any questions about this. Thank you for your time and have a great day!

Now that we're talking categories, in the  Create -> Topic -> Select Forum dropdown, the "Ultimaker Software" and "Ultimaker Online" are collapsed. Could they be expanded by default?

I am not sure, let me look into that.

    - Edit: Nope, not out of the box.
