PEI on what surface?

Having issues with bed adhesion and was gonna try PEI. Was wondering if it would be better to get a new aluminum plate (part B1153-B2P-B) and sticking the PEI directly to that rather than on the glass (back) - thinking that heat transfer would be better. thoughts?

I don't think it makes a noticable difference, so put the sheet on whatever you want.

I would put it on the glass, then you can easily change the adhesion if you need it for different materials.
