Fail to load on STL file I designed

I have an STL file (a simple clevis pin) I created using FreeCAD. It loaded in Cura 4.6.1 and I was able to print it out. I made some adjustments in and exported the design again and now I get this error:

When you exported the file after your change the settings inCura, did you change the extension of the file for .STL? 

 

The attached file does not look like a STL file. The file size is rather small.

The contents of that file are:

@Framar is right, it's not an STL file.

It worked one time and then I adjusted the size in FreeCAD, which is where I drew it, and exported again.
