It is just a signing issue you can easily solve.
Open your Finder, go to the Application folder and search for Cura there. Then RIGHT click on Cura and select Open. A warning message comes again, but you can override it now.
After you have opened Cura once with that method, you can start it normally in the future, your Mac remembers that it is ok to start the application.
