I don't think it's belts or extruder, as I've printed 5 of the same object and the defects all happen the same way in the same place from what I can gather. It's just really odd, e-steps are fine, and the next usual step for calibrating the profile is to measure flow.. but stock profile and calibrated e-steps leave me with little ideas on how to move forward, when it's over extruding based on a few line width tests.
It's just standard speed of 50mm/s, everything is virtually stock in the profile, except infill/perimeter numbers (and recently seam alignment to sharpest corner).
