Hi,

I recognize since some time problems with sending an answer for a post. The loaded HTML page don't response any more. Very often I need to reload the entire webpage once more and been told that my text was backed. This didn't happen before.

Browser in use are latest version of Firefox and Opera.

An other annoying behavior since long time (alt least for me) is your login procedure. Why is it necessary to ask if I want to sign in with an Ultimaker account? There is no other opportunity for a login and I am quite sure that I want to login if I click Sign in, so why do we need this useless acknowledgement request?

Best regards,

DD

    Hi DD,

thank you for your message. Does nothing respond anymore, or are you trying to hit 'submit' and it doesn't respond? What I have noticed it that when the submit button is exactly next to the chatbot, there is a small area reserved by the chatbot that is non-clickable for when the chat opens. If this is the case, perhaps you can try to scroll up a little bit until it is above the 'How can we help' and it should work. Could this be it?

The Ultimaker forum is part of our ecosystem and since we introduced Ultimaker accounts they have been synced. Which means if you create an Ultimaker account in Cura you also gain access to the community with your account.

    Hi Sander,

Thanks for your answer. Correct, nothing was responding anymore and I recognize this when hitting the submit button and nothing happen. I'm guess I hit the button central right in the middle and try to do it more than one time. I will look closer to this when it happen again. Today it didn't happen so fare.

I was a little bit busy the last days with other work including tests with the actual beta version 🙂

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
