UM2 - "Temp Sensor" error

Just unboxed my new Ultimaker 2, plugged it in, turned it on, and got "ERROR - STOPPED, Temp Sensor." Is there a way to fix this without taking apart the print head or the circuit board covers? Or, what is the best way to proceed?

I've emailed support but would like to see if there is anything I can do in the meantime since I'd love to start printing right away...

Pull back the mesh on the print head, and check that all the wires are plugged in. Note that there should be 1 connector coming from the electronics under the printer, towards the print head, that isn't connected to anything.

Under the printer, the cover over the electronics can be removed by undoing a couple of nuts I think. Once it's off, it's pretty easy to check if all the wires are properly seated in their connectors.

Also, while you're at it, make sure that the fan on the back of the print head comes on as soon as you turn on the power, and stays on all the time. That has been a fairly common problem, usually down to loose connectors at the print head end, also.
