Posted · Ultimaker S3 Feeder Tension

I was watching a video that said the default position for the tension setting on the S5 printer is in the middle of cutout. I have the S3. I assume this is the same. Is that true?

Either way, my S3 has the screw above, not inside the box. Is that correct?

I cannot seem to get the tension position to move by adjusting the screw.

I took the cover off to see that is going on, but I was afraid I might break something. Any ideas?

No that is not correct. It really needs to be inside the box.

I think if you put the screw in the box, that should solve your issues.
