Internal supports on a hollow form

Hello, I’m relatively new to all of this and I’m having some problems I can’t solve. I’m printing a skull but I want to hollow so I can put lights in it, but  there are three areas that the prints don’t seem to be working. Inside the eyes and nose, and under the cheekbones. I would like to print it without supports but would it be possible to have a small support system on the inside that would fix my problem?

thanks, Dallas
