There is no step by step instruction but try to heat the print core to soften the material, additionally use carefully a heat gun and try piece by piece to get the head clean again. In most cases it works. If not bring the printer to your reseller or in worst case buy a new print head.
To prevent it in the future it is very important that you check from time to time the silicone cover at the bottom of the head. If you see there some burnt spots, replace the cover.
