Ultimaker 3 doesn't turn oncompletely

Hi, we are looking for some help with our ultimaker 3

 

the printer worked very well for about 3 months, but this week we haved an issue with one printcore, we did the maintenance as is explained in the manual, but now when try to turn on the printer it doest not turn on completely, the display only shows a ultimaker logo and a greenlight. 

We hope someone can help us to solve it.
