Geeetech A10T with Cura > 4.7

Hi,
Starting from version 4.7 the machine configuration option "Shared Heater" is no longer available. I believe that this is causing the problem I experience where if I want to print with extruder 1 or 2, after printing the skirt the temperature drops to 0 and printer states that TEMP TOO LOW but the printer continues with the print. If I slice using extruder 0 all goes well. Does anyone know how to solve that in version 4.7, 4.8?

"Extruders Share Heater" is in the Printer Settings section that gets loaded with the Printer Settings plugin from the Market Place.  I think checking the box is all you need to do.
