I am not able to download the firmware off the website

I got the Ultimaker 2+ Connect yesterday. I turned on the printer and it told me to download the latest firmware onto a USB. I then went onto the Ultimaker website and I tried to download the firmware, but the link didn't do anything, nothing would download onto my pc. I have tried accessing the same page from different links. I can't get anything working. It is like the link just isn't working. Any help would by much appreciated.

Hi. This is odd. The link seems to be correct. I've downloaded and zipped the file for you. You should be able to redownload it from this attached post. Simply unzip and load the img onto a USB card.
