Posted · Cant download S5 Firmware updates from website

Ive tried downloading the Ultimaker S5 (2018 - early 2020) firmware version 6.2.0 as well as 6.3.0, but the website isnt actually downloading. Can anyone assist? Thank you

    Looks like there is a issue with the site and Chrome browsers. If you right click on the link and choice "Save as" it does work (or if you have it, use Firefox, Safari, maybe even Edge) 😉
