It would make much more sense to ask Creality for support. Given that this is an LCD-type resin printer, I don't think Cura will be the suitable slicer for this printer.
I´ m new at 3D priting and started using Chitubox but everybody talks about Cura I try to use it but it has a lot of Creality printers but not the Creality 3d ld-002h uv resin 3d printer
I thought that the slicers were suitable for every printer
An LCD-based UV Resin printer requires very different slicing than a printer that deposit thermoplastic filament. The people that use Cura for Creality printers all have the latter type of printers.
