Posted · Splitting top layers in cookie cutters

Please help! I only learning 3D printing now. Does anyone knows how to fix splitting top layers in clay cutters to make them sharp.  Also how to reset Cura to factory settings as trying different ones and completely lost now in what was changed. would really appreciate any help!
