Posted · error de sistema. falta " api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll " en el equipo

instale el programa cura version 4.9.1 y me salta este error al querer abrirlo,

tengo windows 7 professional  64 bits , una placa de video nvidia version 378.66 geforce gt 720

procesador Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz

ram 4 gigas
