Model Error question

Bear with me as this is my first foray into modeling from scratch. I modeled it in Blender and I don't see any issues as far as it not being watertight or missing surfaces and I removed all duplicate verts. What might I be missing?

STL attached.

Service.netfabb.com is an Autodesk site for repairing STL's.  It's free (but you need to create an account) and it's pretty good.  After repairing your model there it looks fine.

One thing about Netfabb though - it never tells you what was wrong.  Here is the message IdeaMaker popped up.
